Appointments
Please ring (03) 5792 1222 for an appointment or link to online bookings through the tab at the top of each page. We are using a new online booking company from June2015 so you may need to re-register when you book for the first time.
Every effort will be made to schedule your preferred time and GP. For routine visits however, we advise you to book ahead to ensure continuity of care with your usual doctor. If you have forms to be filled out or complex needs to discuss please let reception know. A longer appointment might be preferable. If you or a family member requires an interpreter, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.
From 9-12 each morning we hold a STANDBY clinic for urgent care. No appointments are made for this clinic. Attend in person for URGENT care.

Fees
Our consulting Fees as of 1st July 2017 are:

All children under 16 years of age and all pensioners and Health Care Card holders are bulk billed.
Our receptionists are happy to explain any other fees which apply to services and procedures. Our computers can transmit claims to medicare elecronically on your behalf and if you have registered your bank details with Medicare your rebate will be transferred directly to your account. We accept cash, cheque, Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard.
